
Dr. Paul Mielke is the Superintendent of the Hamilton School District in Sussex, WI. Hamilton is recognized as one of the top school districts in Wisconsin. Paul holds a BS in Education and Human Services from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, a MS in Educational Leadership, and a PhD in Leadership, Learning, and Service from Cardinal Stritch University. Paul has been an adjunct professor at Cardinal Stritch University in both masters and doctoral programs. Paul taught high school English and coached football. He has been an athletic director, high school assistant principal, high school principal and middle school principal. He has worked in rural, urban and suburban schools.
Dr. Mielke’s research centers on improving professional learning support systems to support teachers and leaders on their journey to become experts in their field. He is a published author and has presented nationally on the topics of teacher evaluation and designing systems to maximize teacher and leader learning, growth and impact.
